1.this essay has an implied statement, the statement is that women are forced to do so many things that they aren't treated equally.
2.Its showing the shier number of things that wife's  have to do by repeating it so many times
3.She wrote this essay to show people that women are force do do crazy amounts of work and have high expectations.
4.I think she wants people to look and this and see they way wifes are treated and chang their ways.
5.I admire her courage to say i am sick of being treated like this so stop and respect me as a human being. I think this essay is very effective in opening peoples eys to the world around them.

story responses

The Little Girl and the Wolf
This story was very strange, it started out similar to the normal story of little red riding hood but then ended abruptly and violently. It seems to poke fun at the fact that you can't trick little girls anymore and how a little girl would never mistake her grandmother for a wolf.
The Bear
This story seems to take a real life situation but replace the persons in the story with bears. I like how at the beginning it seems like just another story of a bear that has human traits but then goes to a dark strange subject then at the end is very confusing.

The Birds and the Foxes

I liked this story because it show things that are strange but when you really thing about it our government does this all the time. The foxes wanted to kill the birds but when they ended up just letting them go they called it liberating.

I Believe in Chaos

In this passage the writer talks about the chaos theory and that he uses it to explain things. I feel as this man feels, there is now huge plan for all of us and that god doesn't pick who gets what. He then tells the story of his daughter who was born with Cystic Fibrosis, I like the way he says that there was no devine reasoning for there daughter to be born with this disease and that god did not do this to test him and his wife but because of biology this girl just happened to be born this way.

Doubting Is the Way to Certainty

I agree with this passage so much that it is shocking for me to find out that i didn't write it myself. The idea that without doubt there would be social progress is so clear and obvious to me it is mind blowing that some people see doubt as sin. If people didn't doubt what others told them the earth would still be flat and the United States wouldn't exist. Having "faith" is just beliving in something with noevidance, so should we praise people with "faith" or should we say that it is unintelligent to just blindly accept things as we are told.

Created in God’s Image

This may have been the worst thing I have ever read. The things this man said in the passage are what i would say illogical. First he talks about the idea the we are created in gods image. He then talks about how in the declaration of indipendance it states that all men are created equal, eventough al of the men who wrote that were white slave owners who when they wrote the constitiution gave no freedoms to slaves or women, which would be odd for a group of people who think that all men are created equal.

Our Place in the Cosmos

I enjoed this passage a lot becuase it takes the i
