I Believe in Chaos
In this passage the writer talks about the chaos theory and that he uses it to explain things. I feel as this man feels, there is now huge plan for all of us and that god doesn't pick who gets what. He then tells the story of his daughter who was born with Cystic Fibrosis, I like the way he says that there was no devine reasoning for there daughter to be born with this disease and that god did not do this to test him and his wife but because of biology this girl just happened to be born this way.
Doubting Is the Way to Certainty
I agree with this passage so much that it is shocking for me to find out that i didn't write it myself. The idea that without doubt there would be social progress is so clear and obvious to me it is mind blowing that some people see doubt as sin. If people didn't doubt what others told them the earth would still be flat and the United States wouldn't exist.
